Candlewood Suites Indianapolis East, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very pleasant, helpful, informative. The room is immaculately cleaned! The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows for support. Getting in and out of the facility to the highways extremely easy parking was plentiful and I was telling a car behind a truck, the pet facilities were ample. The coffee was fabulous!

Very quiet room, was clean and utensils were provided and also clean. Fridge was big and clean. Everything worked in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

May I 1st say that I got nothing but the best to say about this place. It was quiet, clean, affordable and pleasant. The staff were soooooo polite and welcoming (Rondale Nichols-Templeton and Gavin Schall). Even the leave, the staff were awesome. Almost any type of restaurant you want is located around the area. The suites have a gym and the equipment is up 2 date and works. We utilized the gym but not the laundry. The Laundry facilities were well kept also. We stayed on the 2nd floor but you literally could not hear a peep through the walls and no one walking above your head on the next floor. The linen and the beds were fresh, the rooms smelled great, the cabinets were clean and had the needed dishes except a skillet but I had brought my own. The floors were clean from the lobby to the elevators and from the elevators to the room. Each area we went to was ean and COVID protocol was followed. The bathrooms were supplied with huge bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. The air stayed nice and cool, the TV was a decent size with the guide. I parked my car right outside the window and my car was safe. They are doing construction but you couldn't hear it and it didn't affect the hotel location. A motorcycle club came the last night we stayed, you could hear their bikes come in, park and they were chill the rest of the night. I kept waiting on the ball to drop but CANDLEWOOD SUITES is my go to spot from now on when visiting Indy. I was extremely pleased and hope that they continue to shine on the East side of Indianapolis.
